UX/UI Designer & Developer

The UX/UI Designer & Developer role at MEGHANI is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing. The UX/UI Designer & Developer is responsible for managing the e-commerce websites for both of the organization’s brands - JBW and BREDA. This role will require close collaboration with our creative and marketing teams, including our Creative Directors, Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Marketing Managers and other key stakeholders to ensure that both websites are performing optimally and achieving the brands goals.


What You’ll Do:

Web Development

  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of Shopify-based websites, ensuring all web functionality aligns with brand goals.  

  • Manage all web development projects from start to finish, including new features, integrations, and platform updates.  

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement web-based solutions that enhance the customer journey and boost conversion rates.  

  • Ensure website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness through continuous optimization and testing.  

  • Troubleshoot website issues and manage debugging processes to minimize downtime and maintain a seamless shopping experience.  

  • Implement third-party apps and tools within Shopify to enhance site functionality, such as payment gateways, inventory management, and marketing tools.  

  • Maintain and update website security protocols, ensuring compliance with best practices and protecting customer data.

Design

  • Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups that clearly communicate design ideas and user flows.  

  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure the websites reflect the brand’s creative direction and standards, and push for deeper brand storytelling

  • Translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, responsive front-end web designs using Shopify’s Liquid templating system.  

  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve design elements and customer experience.  

  • Create and maintain comprehensive UX documentation, including personas, scenarios, and user stories.  

  • Use research and data-driven insights to inform design decisions and improve overall user engagement and satisfaction.

E-Commerce

  • Manage and execute the e-commerce strategies for both JBW and BREDA Watches, optimizing websites for peak performance.   

  • Analyze web performance metrics and customer data to create strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion rates (CRO), and meet target KPIs.  

  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search ranking, and enhance overall site performance.

  • Develop and manage the promotional calendar, overseeing timely and seamless "website flips" during sales and product launches.  

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and customer service, to ensure the smooth operation of all e-commerce activities.  

  • Own the website’s conversion rate optimization (CRO), including A/B testing and the implementation of new features to improve user experience and boost sales.  

  • Take a leadership role in creating and refining processes and workflows for the digital marketing team, stepping into a true managerial role to drive team success.

What You’ll Bring:

Senior Brand Marketing Director

The Senior Brand Marketing Director is a full-time position reporting directly to the CEO & COO. This role leads the brand marketing department and oversees all brand marketing activities. The Sr. Brand Marketing Director works in close collaboration with the Sr. Creative Director to manage each Brand’s Creative and Marketing Planning, as well as the daily Brand and Team Management. We believe in the innovation and creative symbiosis found when creative and strategy combine to elevate brand to new levels via first class creative output.

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Director with strong strategic management, creative skill and who understands the importance of balancing Art and Commerce within brand management. This role will be pivotal in shaping the marketing and communication strategies for our brands, ensuring they stay aligned with company objectives and market developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer-facing fashion brand marketing, particularly within the high-end consumer goods sector, and will possess excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills.

The candidate will have their finger on the pulse of fashion, design, art, and music, and a strong ability to carve out brand opportunity in noisy markets. They have a passion for creative brand marketing and are in touch with the cultural undercurrents that move conversations in society. The ideal candidate has experience in managing multi-channel brand projects and driving brand awareness. They are a team-player with a strong understanding of what is required in the day to day management of a multi-pronged team that runs production, social media, PR, design, collaborations with external brands and individuals, and branded market events and initiatives.


What You’ll Do:

Brand Strategy and Oversight

  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with overall goals and drive brand exposure and market growth.

  • Oversee the brand planning process inclusive of the definition of target consumers, developing of communication strategies and defining the optimal marketing mix in order to encourage increased purchase.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sr. Creative Director to ensure cohesive and consistent brand strategies, projections and executions across both JBW and BREDA.

  • Develops monthly/quarterly/annual brand marketing strategies and monitors the performance of those strategies in order to make adjustments as needed to maintain brand relevance and competitiveness.


Campaign Development and Execution

  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns, including digital (in collaboration with Sr. E-comm Dir.), social media, PR, and traditional advertising.

  • Ensure all brand marketing activities and materials deliver a consistent brand message and drive growth results, based on each campaign’s goals

  • Direct social media strategies that communicate each brand’s message creatively, engages audiences and drives customer interaction

Collaboration and Communication

  • Act as a key liaison for marketing and creative teams, fostering strong communication and collaboration amongst all

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cross-organizational brand alignment and support towards company objectives

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with external partners (such as PR agencies and collaborators), enabling strong working relationships

Team and Process Management

  • Define the department vision and instill it in all levels of the brand marketing department to make up the working culture

  • Develop and optimize internal marketing processes

  • Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance, work satisfaction, and professional growth

  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI

Consumer Insights & Reporting

  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform brand marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth and exposure

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the brands innovative and forward-thinking

  • Manage the forecast and reporting of revenue and other business goals through transparent weekly/monthly/annual reporting to the CEO & COO and relevant stakeholders on the performance of brand marketing initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in brand marketing within the fashion or high-end consumer goods industry

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth

Product Designer


Location: Dallas, TX

Our Product (Watch) Designer is a full-time, salaried position who reports to the Senior Director of Product Design and works alongside the Product Design team to ideate, design, develop and guide production of our watches. This role is based in Dallas, Texas and is hybrid, which requires 3 in-office days and allows for 2 remote days.


What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Product to provide design ideas and bring them to market through the development process

  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager of Product to ensure all product development projects are completed timely

  • Establish a healthy balance between conceptual ideation and manufacturing

  • Create 3D prints to provide to stakeholders for input to further refine designs

  • Occasionally provide guidance and coaching to other junior level Designers.

  • Communicate with internal and external partners, including suppliers, to ensure we maintain timelines

Senior Graphic Designer — JBW

The Senior Graphic Designer for JBW is a full-time, salaried position reporting directly to the brand’s Creative Director.

As Senior Graphic Designer for JBW you will work closely with the Creative Director to contribute to and help execute their creative vision and direction. Under the Creative Directors’ lead, you will use your experience in Art Direction to help design the visual direction for shoots, as well as bring campaigns to life post-shoot by combining visual assets including brand elements, photography, graphic design and typography into strong cross-channel campaign direction. You will help disseminate creative direction and ideas to the remaining JBW marketing via creative briefs and delivery of developed assets.


What You’ll Do:

  • Assist the Creative Director in the continued development of creative vision and direction for the brand.

  • Collaborate with Creative Director to implement creative direction within the team

  • Help ensure consistency in design across all the online and offline marketing channels

  • Help develop creative campaign design

  • Work independently to create initial mood and storyboards for campaigns for review by the Creative Director

  • Adhere and help standardize JBW brand guidelines

  • Directed by the Creative Director, design the creative marketing brief for each campaign, showcasing how the campaign will be rolled out across brand channels including but not limited to social, web, newsletters, retail, etc.

  • Plan for brand productions informed by and in alignment with the production calendar and be the liaison with production team to ensure all content creation is done in a timely manner and up to quality standards

  • Be on set to assist the CD with art direction and production for photoshoots

  • Work to procure equipment and items necessary for photoshoots and other occasional creative projects

  • Art direct photoshoots in the Creative Director’s absence

  • Collaborate with company leaders, especially marketing team

  • Support the vision of the organization to help fulfill short and long term goals

  • Collaborate with Sales Manager to create pitch decks, posters, flyers, and other brand collateral needed for retailers and collaborations

  • Approve designs from Graphic & Video Designer to ensure cohesiveness and brand standards.

Account Manager

The Account Manager is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the Senior Sales Manager. The role will be responsible for managing and growing key wholesale accounts for our brands. You will cultivate relationships with existing clients and ensure the products are effectively distributed and represented in the wholesale market. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry.


What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and help grow B2B sales for both brands

  • Manage the day-to-day sales operations: order flow, drop-ship account maintenance

  • Ensure a smooth upload of new collections cross dropship accounts

  • Track and improve brand standards at all B2B touchpoints

  • Responsible for weekly sales report tracking and analysis.

  • Establish and develop account relationships and cultivate relationships with key retailer personnel in order to influence and execute strategic direction with these accounts.

  • Work closely with all levels of the organization to resolve complex issues or concerns; communicating in a clear, concise manner.

The Photo Art Director for JBW is a full-time, salaried position reporting directly to the brand’s Creative Director. As Photo Art Director for JBW you will work closely with the Creative Director to contribute to and help execute their creative vision and direction. Under the Creative Directors’ lead, you will use your experience in Art Direction to help compose the visual direction for shoots. This role is highly communicative, collaborative and organized by nature, you will have the ability to coordinate and art direct JBW brand photoshoot needs with our Photo Studio Producer & Photographer, composing clear visual direction alongside comprehensive shot lists for maximum efficiency.

You will be responsible for collaborating with the Creative Director to support various campaigns and seasonal photoshoots from direction, shoot prep, presence on set and coordinating final asset delivery to design and marketing teams. This individual has a sharp eye for creating compelling product & lifestyle imagery, as this role contributes to the elevation and evolution of the JBW visual aesthetic and storytelling while supporting the overall brand direction.
