The Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager role at MEGHANI is a full-time, salaried position reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing. In this role, you will lead our DTC growth efforts across performance marketing, lifecycle/email, site optimization, and retention. This role will own the digital marketing strategy and work cross-functionally to drive customer acquisition and eCommerce revenue. You’ll collaborate closely with our media and affiliate agencies while providing leadership on digital best practices, funnel performance, and promotional planning.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the DTC performance marketing strategy across paid social, search, affiliate, and retargeting channels in collaboration with agency partners
Manage lifecycle, email, and SMS marketing strategy and audience segmentation using Klaviyo
Lead the eComm promotional calendar and align cross-functionally with brand, social, and creative
Identify opportunities for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and site enhancements
Analyze site traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior using Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, etc.
Translate data into actionable insights to inform creative, messaging, and budgeting
Partner with our Shopify executional lead to ensure flawless site updates tied to campaign goals
Monitor competitive landscape and identify growth trends, tools, and strategies
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of digital marketing or eCommerce experience, preferably in a DTC brand
Experience managing paid performance channels, ideally with agency collaboration
Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and eComm KPIs
Analytical mindset with experience building or managing reporting dashboards
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Excellent communication skills and cross-functional alignment ability
Nice to Haves:
Experience with CRO initiatives and UX optimization
Understanding of UTM strategy and attribution
Prior experience managing agency relationships
