The Senior Graphic Designer role at MEGHANI is a full-time, salaried position reporting directly to the Creative Director of BREDA. In this role you will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to create newsletters, social media graphics, digital advertisements, and the occasional design project while also pushing the boundaries of both our brands in their multiple outlets. The person we are looking for is creative, organized, self-starting and eager to lead the charge on visual storytelling and design execution across all brand touch points. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and brand, ensuring that everything we put into the world is visually aligned, thoughtful, and intentional. From conceptualizing digital campaigns to designing physical collateral, this person will help shape the way people experience BREDA.


What You’ll Do:

Brand & Campaign Creative

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute concepts across brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal storytelling

  • Design for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social, digital advertising, and web

  • Support ideation and mockups for campaign briefs, look books, and new product launches


Day-to-Day Design Execution

  • Own and manage the design and execution of newsletters, paid ads, and social assets using pre-established templates and custom designs

  • Lead web design needs including homepage updates, product page flips, and landing pages

  • Design physical collateral such as event signage, packaging, and retail assets


Collaboration & Workflow

  • Partner with marketing, brand, and creative teams to understand priorities and deadlines

  • Help define and streamline design processes and file handoffs

  • Manage and mentor junior design support or freelancers when needed

  • Maintain visual consistency across all outputs, keeping everything in line with the BREDA brand system



What You’ll Bring:

  • 4–6 years of graphic design experience, preferably in-house at a consumer brand or creative agency

  • Strong portfolio that showcases a range of work across digital, print, and branding

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Experience designing for email (Klaviyo a plus), paid social, and web platforms

  • Comfortable working within templates but also conceptualizing from scratch

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines at once

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Passion for branding, fashion, design, and storytelling

    Nice to Haves:

    • Motion design experience (After Effects or similar)

    • Familiarity with Shopify or web design tools like Webflow

Fulfillment Center Lead Associate

Our Fulfillment Center Lead Associate role at MEGHANI is a full-time, hourly position reporting directly to the Fulfillment Center Manager at our Fulfillment Center in the Design District of Dallas.

The Fulfilment Center Lead Associate will oversee day-to-day operations in the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This individual will supervise warehouse associates, manage inventory, and assist in coordinating the movement of goods from receipt to shipping. The Warehouse Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining a productive and organized environment, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.


What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for working with the Fulfillment Center Manager to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of all product materials and finished products.

  • Daily importing and allocation of all orders. Ensuring there is a solid daily plan to get all orders shipped out to our customers.

  • Acts as the main point of contact for associates to ask questions and clarify doubts.

  • Receives inventory during inbound shipments from our factories in China.

  • Balances time spent daily allocating orders, providing leadership to the team, assisting on the warehouse floor and processing returns.

  • Provides training to current, new and temporary team members as needed.

  • Works closely with the Customer Service Team and acts as the liaison between them and the Fulfillment Center Team.

  • Works hand in hand with the Fulfillment Center Manager in the planning and execution of strategy and organization including but not limited to floor plan, process optimization, supervising employees, hiring as needed, supply ordering, and more.

  • Always guarantees orderly and safe working conditions through the establishment and maintenance of work stations.

  • Handles the flow of returned products, which may include receiving, sorting, inspecting, and processing in the system.

  • Contacts customers to inform them of the rejection of damaged return if needed.

  • Recommends tools, equipment, methods or layout changes to improve workflow, productivity, quality and efficiency.

  • Monitors and provides quality assurance of finished products, and delivery date deadlines.

  • Attentive to details when handling product

  • Keeps the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

  • Performs other duties as required by the nature of the position or as requested by the Manager.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of warehouse experience

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Comfortable performing physical duties including standing, climbing, crawling, lifting, pushing, and pulling

  • Comfortable with heights and heavy lifting. Example: Working with an 8 ft rolling ladder to pick or put away heavy cartons of up to 50 lbs

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and online based programs

  • Warehouse Management System experience with common transactions, shipping, barcode scanners, and printing labels

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written

  • Extremely organized and highly collaborative

  • Pallet jack experience not required but a plus

Schedule:

  • Eight (8) hours Monday through Thursday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST) and four (4) hours on Fridays (7:00 AM - 11:00 AM CST)

  • Overtime may be required during peak season, including the days leading up to and following Black Friday and Christmas (November 15 - December 31)

  • Occasional weekend availability
